Please note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, whereby if you wish to cancel your reservation you must inform us before 3pm on the day prior to arrival to ensure you incur no further charges.
If a cancellation is made within the 24 hour notice period, the remaining balance for the total of the first night of your stay will be taken. However, reservations are transferable up to a 6 month period, subject to availability, and providing your request is made before 3pm on the day prior to arrival.
Please be aware that when transferring reservations your rate is liable to change.
Provisional bookings are not accepted under any circumstances. A deposit of £50 per room, per night has to be taken in order to secure the reservation, and this deposit is non-refundable.
Please note, The Black Swan Hotel, Helmsley does not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted, due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes postal communication, industrial action, plant failure, supply of utilities (gas, electricity and water) or fire alarm evacuation.
