The ‘Elegantly Classic’ wedding package includes the following:

•  A drinks reception including a choice of selected drinks and canapés
• Use of the hotel’s walled gardens for your photographs and drinks reception (weather permitting)
• A three course meal prepared by our 2 AA rosette award-winning chef and his team, to be served in the main restaurant
• Half a bottle of house wine per person chosen to compliment your menu
• A glass of house champagne per person to toast the Bride and Groom
• Table plan, place cards and menus for the wedding breakfast
• Function room hire of the Tudor Lounge, Crosland Room and Garden Room, and the main restaurant for your wedding breakfast
• White linen tablecloths, white linen napkins, white chair covers and ties to complement your chosen colour scheme
• Use of the hotel’s cake stand and knife
• An evening buffet

Please note that if you choose this package we recommend church ceremonies take place no later than 12.30pm, and civil ceremonies no later than 1pm to ensure guests are able to leave the main restaurant before 5.45pm.

Prices quoted are based on 65-90 guests and include all the items listed above. Supplements may apply for reduction in numbers. Prices do not include civil ceremony room hire charges. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Up to an additional 50 guests can be accommodated for the evening reception, additional charges apply.

Yours for the Day

All prices include VAT at the current rate. Please note that 50 guests is strictly the maximum total number of guests for your wedding breakfast due to room capacities. Up to an additional 90 guests can be catered for your evening reception, additional charges apply. 

‘The Cygnet’ Package

If you’re looking for a smaller, more intimate wedding, then ‘The Cygnet’ wedding package could be perfect for you. This package doesn’t include an evening reception and is ideal for those of you looking for a relaxing wedding surrounded by your closest friends and family.

‘The Cygnet’ wedding package includes the following:

• A drinks reception with a choice of selected drinks and canapés following your wedding ceremony
• Use of the hotel’s walled gardens for your photographs and drinks reception (weather permitting)
• A three course meal prepared by our 2 AA rosette award-winning chef and his team, to be served in either the Garden Room or the Crosland Room
• Half a bottle of house wine per person chosen to compliment your menu
• A glass of house champagne per person to toast the Bride and Groom
• Table plan, place cards and menus for the wedding breakfast
