The Signature Menu is created using the regions finest produce and is influenced by modern British cuisine sourced from land, rivers, lakes and sea; enhanced by the delicate flavours and scents of the world. Perhaps the definitive dining experience at The Black Swan, this delightful six-course menu is carefully designed to offer a balanced progression of flavours which reflect food at its very best.
Please be advised that the Signature Menu will take a minimum of two and a half hours and must be taken by the whole table; last orders 8:30pm.
