Created by Head Chef Alan O’Kane, our Tasting Menu showcases the full repertoire of current seasonal menus. The Tasting Menu is priced at £65 per person, with the option to add the wine flight to this menu for an additional £40 per person.

Please note that if you do choose to order the Tasting Menu this must be taken by all guests at the table, up to a maximum of 10 people.
Hotel residents who have booked a dinner inclusive package will have an allocation of £45.00 per person to spend on dinner (unless otherwise stated), allowing you to upgrade to the Tasting Menu for an additional £20.00 per person. Please note that should you not use your full £45.00 dinner allocation, we will not be able to offer any refunds, and any remaining balance from dinner cannot be used against bar drinks or wines.Check Room Availability
