The six course Tasting Menu is ideal for those of you who simply can’t choose what to order – we highly recommend this! This is a set menu which allows you to experience a wide selection of dishes.
The six course Tasting Menu is priced at £65.00 per person, with the additional beverage pairing priced at £40.00 per person.

Hotel residents who have booked a dinner inclusive package will have an allocation of £45.00 per person to spend on dinner (unless otherwise stated) allowing you to upgrade to the Tasting Menu for just an additional £20.00 per person.
