The Market Menu is a slightly simpler menu, and an alternative to our fine dining option. The Market Menu is available in The Gallery from 6:30pm until 9:30pm Sunday – Thursday only, and changes on a seasonal basis using the finest local produce.

Hotel residents who have booked an A la Carte dinner inclusive package will have an allocation of £45.00 per person to spend on dinner (unless otherwise stated), and hotel residents who have booked a Market Menu dinner inclusive package will have an allocation of £29.00 per person to spend on dinner (unless otherwise stated). Please note that should you not use your full dinner allocation, we will not be able to offer any refunds, and any remaining balance from dinner cannot be used against bar drinks or wines.
