Daily Dinner Menu

The Daily Dinner Menu is our 3 AA rosette fine dining option, prepared by Chef Paul Peters, and served in The Gallery. This is a three course menu, and is available from 7pm – 9.30pm daily and showcases the best use of fresh, seasonal produce found in Yorkshire, given a cosmopolitan twist by our Australian born Head Chef.
