Seasonal A la Carte

The A La Carte menu changes with the seasons.  The fine ingredients used are mixed with flair, ardour and imagination to produce exquisite dishes which ooze unadulterated flavours.  Thus, this menu selection is the real showcase for the skills of all our chefs, but with the emphasis being on the quality of the produce used.
 
With Spring finally upon us, we can look forward to the following produce:-

 

Lamb, Venison, Wild Salmon, English Peas and Broad Beans, Elderflower, Beetroot, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Spinach, Watercress, Asparagus and Radishes.

 

With ‘spring in their step’, our chefs have skilfully incorporated this abundance of produce into the Table D’Hote and A La Carte Menus.

Guests staying at the hotel on a dinner inclusive package will be charged supplements if choosing dishes from the a la Carte menu. For non hotel residents and guests staying on a bed and breakfast package, dinner is priced at £33 per person for the Daily Dinner menu and additional supplements will be charged if you choose dishes from the a la Carte menu.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the Rutland Restaurant from 8am - 9.45am Monday to Friday and from 8am - 10am on a Saturday and Sunday.


Mucky Duck Brasserie

The new Mucky Duck Brasserie is open Wednesday - Sunday from 6.30pm - 9.30pm offering a more relaxed and informal approach to dining.

Cygnet Bar
