Olivier Bonte- Restaurant Manager
Olivier was born in Cambrai in Northern France and went to catering school in Le Touquet .He then found his first job at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe in Paris. He moved to Monaco, officially the Principality of Monaco, the home of the rich and famous to work in the 2 Michelin starred restaurant, Hostellerie Jerome. Once he had topped his sun tan up the draw of North Yorkshire and sunny England was too great and he moved to the 4 Red Star Swinton Park Hotel.
He has been promoted to Restaurant Manager in April 2008.
Oliver loves watching Rugby, though would you believe it, he supports France!
