The Black Swan can host meetings and events for up to 90 delegates.

Set on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors in the tranquil market town of Helmsley, with good road links to the A1M1 motorways some 24 miles north of York.

Fantastic artisan homemade patisserie served at breaks, delicious locally sourced lunch options and dining choices are available for private dining to outdoor barbecues.

WIFI is available in all meeting rooms allowing you to roam seamlessly in all our ground floor areas of the hotel.

Following or during your event we can arrange chocolate making, cookery and tea demonstrations.

Working in conjunction with our event supplier KDM we can arrange events in our events field. A full range of field events can be booked, with the stunning backdrop of the North Yorkshire Moors.
