Our Gardens
Nestled snuggly behind the charming frontage of the Black Swan lies the hotels beautiful walled gardens. These tranquil gardens are the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to relax and enjoy the finer things in life – a glass of wine or maybe afternoon tea? What better way to spend an afternoon?
Our gardens retain a country cottage feel to them and are well maintained. Lunch and Afternoon Tea is served in the gardens throughout the year, weather depending. The Black Swan is the only place in Helmsley to offer an outdoor dining experience in their gardens.
Please note however that on occasions the gardens may be privately reserved for wedding parties.
