Our Head Chef Paul Peters and his team are passionate about creating dishes of distinction, which are rich in flavours and tastes to provide you with the ultimate dining experience. The acclaimed 2 AA rosette main restaurant offers three distinct menus for dinner, all of which use ingredients sourced from within 30 miles of the hotel where possible, and change regularly to utilise the best seasonal produce.
