The Black Swan Hotel also houses a hidden gem of a restaurant, open to overnight guests and visitors alike. The acclaimed 2 AA rosette restaurant offers several individual dinner menus; these change regularly to utilise the best seasonal produce and ingredients that, wherever possible, are sourced from within 30 miles of the hotel. Australian-born head chef, Paul Peters, has worked in some of the world’s finest five-star hotels and has a real passion for creating mouth-watering food.
