Exclusive Hotel Use Wedding Package
We warmly welcome “Exclusive Use” at the Black Swan Hotel, Helmsley, allowing you and your guests to experience the happiest and most memorable day of your life in complete privacy.
You can truly enjoy a unique house party experience for up to 90 guests for the day reception,and 140 for the evening reception, with use of all bedrooms, plus full access to our beautiful walled garden and all areas of the hotel, including the bar area, Tudor Lounge, Crosland Room, Garden Room and Rutland Restaurant.
There is a charge ranging from £7250 - £9750 to take exclusive use of the hotel which includes private use of all public areas (with the exception of the tearoom) then in addition to this we charge £85 per person for the food & beverage pacakge. Based on 90 guests, exclusive use starts from £14900.00.
