On Monday 16th October 2017 we are delighted to welcome award winning Prosecco house “Astoria Prosecco” to The Black Swan Hotel for a dinner which will be hosted by estate owner Fellippo Polegato.

Founded in 1987 by an old family of winemakers, Astoria’s wines are produced at the “Val De Brun Estate” in Refrontolo. The estate consists of forty acres located in one of the most beautiful wine growing areas in Italy, renowned for its climate, highlight the harmonious succession of hills and vineyards.

This dinner will showcase four wines by Astoria Prosecco, which have been carefully paired with a delicious three course dinner by our Head Chef.

Coffee & Treats

A pre-dinner drinks reception will be held at 7pm in the Cygnet Bar, and will be followed by dinner at 7.30pm in the Garden Room. This dinner is a convivial event and guests will be seated at mixed tables for dinner.

A preferential accommodation rate of £125.00 per room, per night will be available for any guests attending this event, based on two people sharing a Classic bedroom. Feature rooms and Superior rooms are available at a supplement of £25.00 per night.
