Three day Christmas package
Christmas Eve – Wednesday 24th December 2008
Your rooms will be ready for you to check in from 2pm onwards. At your leisure, enjoy our full afternoon tea, including a selection of homemade patisseries by our own Patisserie Chef, Martin Towse, served in any of our lounges from 3pm.
From 7pm onwards, please join the management team and your fellow guests for a welcome drinks & canapés reception, along with carols from Helmsley Methodist Carol singers.
Dinner will then be served from 7.30pm onwards in the Rutland & Buckingham Restaurants, with backing music from Saxophonist & Clarinettist, Frank Brooker.
Christmas Day Thursday 25th December 2008
Breakfast will be served from 8.30am – 10.00am in the Rutland & Buckingham Restaurants, who knows, we might even get a visit from Santa?
After breakfast, morning coffee will be available over one of our roaring log fires in the lounges.
A traditional four course lunch, by Head Chef Andrew Burton, will be served from 12.30pm – 1.30pm, in the Rutland & Buckingham Restaurants, including fresh, local, seasonal produce, with musical accompaniment from the John Taylor String Bass Duo.
After lunch, unwind & relax in one of our lounges where Christmas cake and coffee will be served.
In the evening, a Yuletide buffet will be served in the Rutland & Buckingham Restaurants, or alternatively you can take the buffet into one of our comfy, cosy lounges.
Boxing Day – Friday 26th December 2008
Brunch will be served in the Rutland & Buckingham Restaurants from 8.30am – 12.30pm.
The Tearoom & Patisserie will also be open until 6pm, serving light lunches and afternoon teas (please note these are not included in your package).
In the evening, put on your dancing shoes for our Boxing Day Dinner Dance in the Rutland Restaurant. Dinner will be served from 7.30pm onwards where you will get chance to join your fellow guests for our sparkling gala dinner, with dancing to the music of our popular dinner dance band, Spectrum, - the perfect way to end your stay.
(Please note guests will be seated at mixed tables for dinner on Boxing Day evening only)
Saturday 27th December 2008
Enjoy a traditional full English breakfast from 8.00am – 10.00am before we have to bid you farewell.
If you don’t have to head home though, why not stay with us an extra night?
Our three night Christmas package is priced at £645.00 per person, based on two people sharing a double/twin room. Single occupancy rate £700.00 per person.
