The team at Black Swan, Helmsley are celebrating news of a three rosette rating from the AA for ‘The Gallery’ Restaurant, where Paul Peters is the Head Chef.
This exceptionally high level of cuisine was awarded to only 16 UK restaurants in this January’s ratings list (rosette announcements are bi-annual) It is awarded only to ‘outstanding restaurants that achieve standards that demand recognition well beyond their local area’ according to AA guidelines.
The AA ratings scheme is recognised one of the leading indicators of quality both by consumers and those in the hospitality industry; criteria includes the dishes, the ingredients and their presentation, as well as the ambience and standard of service too, so it is most comprehensive.
Head Chef, Paul Peters commented,
‘I am delighted. It’s not only been a personal achievement but testimony to the superb team supporting the re-launched The Gallery restaurant, which was back in September. This was our aim and it fabulous that we are now there!’
