Our bedrooms

At the Black Swan Hotel we have 45 beautifully furnished bedrooms including a junior suite and many feature rooms. All the rooms are individually named after local dales, so you can walk from Bransdale to Glaisdale in under a minute! Normally this would take you a whole day!

Classic Rooms

Our Classic rooms are mainly situated in the Garden Wing of the hotel and consist of a selection of Double and Twin Bedded rooms. All our rooms are en-suite with bath and shower, Pecksniff's Mood Therapy toiletries, television, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and internet access.

Feature Rooms

Located in the oldest parts of the hotel, our feature rooms comprise a selection of Double, Twin and Single bedded rooms. These rooms are en-suite with bath and shower, television, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and internet access including T Mobile high speed Wi-Fi internet access, as well as cosy bathrobes and Pecksniffs' Mood Therapy toiletries. A majority of these rooms have views overlooking the pretty market square.

King Sized Rooms

These are large rooms with a king sized bed and a spacious bathroom. Comfortable seating areas are available and are ideal rooms to accommodate families of up to four persons. The King Sized rooms include all include the same amenities as the Superior rooms.
