Meet the Team

There aren’t many hotels that can claim what the Black Swan can claim. Between just 6 long serving members of staff they’ve collectively clocked up over 200 years of service. Jean Barton, our longest serving member of staff and one of the Black Swan ‘favourites’ has provided over 55 years’ service in the restaurant on her own – that’s a lot of breakfasts!
