Alan’s early career years were spent in London, initially at The Savoy, and later at The Capital, where his classical culinary skills were honed
Food & Beverage Manager
Keith’s job is his vocation – he has a passion for gins, whiskies and a vast cocktail knowledge making the hotel the perfect place of work!
Antoine has worked in some of the finest restaurants in France and the UK - our restaurant is in good hands with Antoine as the manager
Andrew arrived at The Black Swan in June 1991 as the Hotel Accountant and has just completed 25 years continuous service
Marketing and Events Manager
Jayne looks after the marketing & PR for the hotel, as well as looking after the many shooting parties that frequent the hotel
Alison wouldn’t mind us saying she’s one of the old guard at The Black Swan having worked at the hotel for almost 30 years
Hannah's customer service skills make her the perfect person to lead the Reception team with her big smile and a heartfelt laugh
Like many of the Black Swan’s long serving team, Sue joined the Black Swan on the “glorious 12th” August 1991
This is Nicola's perfect job which in her own words ‘she absolutely loves’ and has found her true vocation!
