We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie with experience in Pastry to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years relevant experience in either a 2 or 3 rosette environment, and should be willing to advance in their career in a busy 3 rosette restaurant.

We are currently recruiting for Casual Banqueting and Bar Staff. The position is part time and the hours will be variable. The successful candidates will be required to work nights, weekends and weekdays.

Experience in a hotel with a functions or events background including the bar is desirable although not essential as full training will be given. Own transport is essential due to the rural location.

Salary: minimum wage
