Telling your own love story…

If you’re getting married in 2019, then why not make your wedding day the perfect love story…with our A Love Story – 2019 wedding offer.

Every bride and groom has a vision for their big day – whether that be an intimate occasion for just a few close friends and family, or an extravagant bonanza for a wider social circle. Whatever the vision though, the overriding theme is that they want something perfect to suit their particular desires – and ideally pulled together with minimal stress!

Our ‘A Love Story’ offer is designed to enable our guests to create the perfect wedding day for them – with the minimum amount of wedding worry thanks to all of the key elements being taken care of, allowing the bride and groom to relax and enjoy their special day.

After the initial glow of the proposal has faded, couples tend to draw up a list of the key requirements to ensure their wedding starts coming together. Have you got a venue? A photographer? Is music covered? Table plans and place cards? A cake?

When the list is first drawn up it can be a daunting one, with the level of organisation required to pull it off seemingly overwhelming…however, this is where our A Love Story wedding package really comes to the fore. We provide the basics so that our brides and grooms don’t have to!

So, what’s included?

Venue? Tick. Our Crosland Room, Garden Room and Tudor Lounge take care of that.

Photographer? Tick. We provide three hours of photography from local wedding specialist Emma Dodsworth.

Food and drink? Tick. A sumptuous three-course wedding breakfast is provided, along with coffee and a selection of canapés, as well as half a bottle of wine per person and a glass of prosecco for the toast, oh and not forgetting the evening buffet – that’s included too.

Table adornments? Tick. The package includes chair covers and ties, table cloths and table linen with our hotel candelabra available for table centres, while we also provide a table plan and place cards. You’ll just need to organise the flowers to add that final flourish.

Wedding cake? Tick. This is a chocolate sponge covered in white or ivory icing from Celebrate Country Cake Design, with a cake stand to showcase it and a knife to cut it.

Music? Tick. We provide a disco and DJ for your guests to dance the night away.

So that’s a brief run-down of the things we offer as part of the package, with plenty of other extras available on top of this, including a complimentary stay in one of our Feature rooms on the night of your wedding (with a full English breakfast too!).

In addition, we provide a personal wedding co-ordinator and Master of Ceremonies to plan and oversee your special day – helping to keep the wedding worry well and truly at bay.

For more information and for a detailed breakdown of what the A Love Story package entails, including costs please see here or get in touch via 01439 770466 or by emailing weddings@blackswan-helmsley.co.uk.
