Yours for the Day - Wedding Package
The Black Swan Hotel, North Yorkshire, lends itself brilliantly for weddings and receptions for up to 50 guests with its cosy array of lounges giving a mix of contemporary, classic and country styles.
The Garden Room, a beautiful room looking onto the hotels own walled garden, is the perfect room for your wedding breakfast. In the evening this room is transformed to accommodate a disco if required for up to 110 guests, of simply relax and unwind in our snug lounges with open log fires.
The Crosland Room is usually used for your civil ceremony with drinks and canapes to follow served in the Tudor Lounge or alternatively the gardens. The wedding breakfast is then served in the Garden Room. Many guests choose to have a round top table, with a total of five round tables in the Garden Room each seating 10 people per table. If you choose to have an evening reception, you and your guests are asked to vacate the Garden Room for approximately 30 minutes while we clear the room and set up your disco and dancefloor to the evening celebrations. If however you prefer something a little more laid back you will have full use of the Tudor Lounge and these areas for you to have drinks and relax.
